Henna

Writing across the palms
scripting a new future.
A fragrant one.

The symbol of a bride
A sign of auspiciousness
The symbol of love.

The green grows
into orange
from spring to autumn,
to be together
holding hands.

The designs
merge seamlessly
just like strings
of life.
Being together
yet distinct.
Different yet
in harmony.
Always.
